>Memo< Difficult. The nebula is far less prominent than photographs show. B347 is part of an intense H II region - IC1318 surrounding Gamma Cygni. The markable group of stars in the NE makes it easier to identify. The nebula appears as a "short thick line" from the NE to SW, small bulge to the S. To the SW it diffuses into the star field. |
